Exciting News for 2025!

Greetings!

2025 is beginning with a bang! On the heels of a very productive 2024 with many ‘behind-the-scenes’ changes, I am more than delighted to ring in this year with big-time news.

After 20+ years of being a sole proprietor, I am enthusiastically moving forward with merging my consulting practice with a talented and like-minded professional. Heather Gunnell, founder of InLight Leadership, and I first met last year through a mutual and trusted colleague.

I was immediately drawn to Heather because of her direct yet approachable style, along with our alignment of philosophy regarding healthy workplace relationships. She brings additional tools, including her certification in Appreciative Inquiry, along with impressive experience in executive coaching.

Beginning with a few shared projects over the summer, some of you have already met Heather and witnessed the quality of her work.

Over the last few months, we have embarked on a thoughtful and strategic transition, laying the foundation for a rebranded identity and purpose that will enhance the ways we serve our clients.

Both Heather and I have been bursting at the seams to share this exciting news. She captured it perfectly when she shared, “I feel truly honored to work alongside Robin and her clients, and I’m excited for what this partnership means for all of us.”

We are working diligently to refine more details, and we wanted to share this much with our community. The bottom line is that even though the PeopleSense name is changing, our commitment to you and our work remains – and is even stronger!

Our added bandwidth, offerings, and energy are all coming together to help you build stronger, healthier teams. Together, Heather and I, joined with Sheryl Chatham and Heather Moreau, are excited to partner with you to support your people-related initiatives.
